a point charge Q1 = -9 microcoloumbis at x=0 while Q2=4microcoloumbis at x=1m . at what point would the net force on a positive charge Q3 be 0?

Let us assume the force experienced by the charge q placed at the distance r m from the origin ( x= 0 ) is nil.
 
then we have
solving for r, we get r = 3 m. Hence Q3 must be placed 3 m from the origin ( x= 0)
