Assuming that you need to calculate the weight loss of body when immersed in water check the below solution,
Volume of water = 30 mL
When the body is immersed in water volume = 38 mL
Thus volume of water displaced = 38 - 30 = 8 mL
Thus, mass of volume of water displaced = 1 x 8 cm3 = 8 g = 0.008 kg
Thus, weight loss of body when immersed in water = wt. of water displaced = 0.008 x 9.8 = 0.0784 N
