Expert Answer:

Speed = 22km/hr - 4km/hr = 20km/hr = 20 × 1000/3600 = 5.56s

Time = 30s

Distance = Speed × Time = 5.56 × 30 = 166.8m

Hence the length of the train is 166.8m.
