Use the Formula: Amount = P + 
Substitute the values, we get
283.75 = P

...(i)306.25 = P 
...(ii)
...(ii)From(i) , substitute the value of P in (ii), we get
306.25(100 + 3R) = 283.75(100 + 5R)
Solve the equations and get the value of R.
