A bucket with water is less heavier when inside water than outside water?WHY?

When a bucket with water is  inside water, that means the bucket is only inside water.The weight experienced there will be apparent  weight of bucket only inside the water which is lesser than its actual weight and also lesser than the weight of water in bucket in air.

So A bucket with water is less heavier when inside water than outside water.
