In this question , the angle at point X is 57 degree and 17 minutes
and we have to find out the base angles angle XZY and angle XYZ.
First we would convert the given angle ZXY into circular system i.e radians.
57deg and 17 min =  (3317 pi) / 60 degrees

now 1 degree = pi /180 radians
therefore angle YXZ = (3317 pi )/10800 radians

therefore by sum of triangle is 180 deg i.e pi

so angle XYZ + angle YXZ + angle XZY=pi
angle XYZ + angle YXZ = pi - angleYXZ
                                       =   pi -  ((3317 pi ) /10800)
                                = (7483 pi) / 10800

as by the property of isosceles triangle , the base angles are equal
therefore each of them would be equal to the above value divided by 2
hence the answer => base angles (7483 pi) /21600 radians
