What is the diffrence between hydrogen bonding and dipole-dipole forces?

In hydrogen bonding the hydrogen should be present while in dipole- dipole forces it is not necessary that hydrogen should be present.

In hydrogen bonding the hydrgen attached with the electronegative element while in dipole -dipole forces there are two dipoles.
