Immunity is the ability of an organism to resist a particular infection or toxin by the action of specific antibodies or sensitized white blood cells.
Immunization is the process by which an individual's immune system is strengthened to fight  against an agent. Here the person is protected against the adverse effects of infection by a disease-causing microorganism.
Disease literally means 'not at ease'. It refers to an impairment of health or a condition of abnormal functioning of the body or body parts.
