Vacular tissue is the supporting and conducting tissue in plants, consisting of xylem and phloem. This tissue conducts water and nutrients through the plant body in higher plants.
A vascular bundle is a part of the transport system in vascular plants. Vascular bundle is a unit strand of the vascular system in stems and leaves of higher plants, consisting essentially of xylem and phloem. Usually vascular bundle has phloem on the outside and xylem on the inside.
