Dear Student,
It seems like an incomplete question. I think question is - Which carbohydrate is not sugar?
When hundreds or thousands of monosaccharides condense together, it will result in the formation of polysaccharides. These are not sweet in taste hence they are called as non sugars.
Example of non sugars - Cellulose, Starch
