What will be the impact of demonetisaton and GST on PPC, in short run and long run.

In the short run, resources cannot be fully and efficiently utilised as the people were not able to handle the digitalized banking system. In this situation, PPC shift towards left.
In the long run, resources can be fully and efficiently used and the people will be able to understand the process with practice. In this situation, PPC shift towards right.
