What will be the alkaline strength sequence of chloride ion, hydroxide ion, amied ion, alkyl ion?

Basic nature is directly proportional to negative charge and electronegativity on central atom because more negative charge means more electrons are released.
So, alkaline strength order would be-
 
Chloride>hydroxide>amide>alkyl
