Earth's core has molten iron which flows at high speeds. This is like motion of electric charges within the core.
When charges move, magnetic field is generated. This works like a dynamo.
Moreover, there are magnetic materials present in the mantle which are cooler than their Curie temperature. This creates magnetic filed which grows the inducing convection current in the core, thereby creating the overall magnetic field of Earth.
