552123 =  3 × 3 × 3 × 11 × 11 × 13 × 13

The number repeated thrice is 3
Since 11 × 13 are repeated twice.
So, it shoud be divided by 11 × 11 × 13 × 13 to get the quotient as a perfect cube.
The cube root of a number is 3.

To find cube root  : 
prime factors are 3 × 3 × 3 × 5 × 5 × 5 × 7
pairs for cube root = 3 × 5
since 7 is unpaired so 259875 should be divided by 7 to get a perfect cube 259875 / 7 = 37125
and the cube root of 37125 is 33.359
