552123 =  3 × 3 × 3 × 11 × 11 × 13 × 13

The number repeated thrice is 3
Since 11 × 13 are repeated twice.
So, it shoud be divided by 11 × 11 × 13 × 13 to get the quotient as a perfect cube.
