Please tell me the answer of this question;

What is the least number that must be subtracted from 3000 so that the difference is divisible by 32,36and48.

Please explain it...

Let n be the number:
3000 - n = m
the factor of 32 are 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2, so m must have these numbers as factors
the factor of 36 are 3 x 3 x 2 x 2 so m must have these numbers as factors
the factor of 48 are 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 so m must have these numbers as factors

m must have as factors at least:
2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 3 = 288

288 x 10 = 2880

3000-2880=120

n = 120 should be subtracted from 3000 so that difference is divisible by 32, 36 and 48
