NEET can only be cracked if you are fundamentally strong with the subjects. Please concentrate on board exams first as this is major priority in making your career. After coming from school, you can just revise the concepts for at least 1 hour for NEET curriculum and check the difference in the study pattern of both school and tuition. You can get an idea that how many hours you can devote for NEET. After tuitions, do not waste your time and start studying for at least 4 hours (2 hours for Board and 2 hours for NEET). First chuck out the difference in the curriculum (difference being the level of syllabus and questions). On Sundays, you can solve some questions of NEET with respect to the concept of school curriculum keeping in mind.
