Propagation direction of elecromagnetic wave is +z direction.
Hence direction of magnetic field and electric field are perpendicular to +z-direction.
In addition to that electric field and magnetic field are mutually perpendicular.
Magnitude of electric field and magnetic field are related as, |E| / |B| = c , where c is speed of light.
By considering all the above requirements of electric field and magnetic field in electromagnetic wave,
we get electric field E as , E = 15 × 10-8 V/m
( if E = -15 × 10-8 V/m , then propagation direction of electromagnetic wave become -z direction.
Hence we can not choose that option )
