Is this correct to show that particles of matter are very very small-
we mix sugar in water and after stirring sugar gets mixed with the water.

Solution of sugar in water is an example of true solution. Particles of true solution cannot be filtered through filter paper and are not visible to naked eye. So this example is correct for showing particles of matter are very small.
