In the poem In the Bazaars of Hyderabad, the magicians are chanting spells to last for a very long time.

The poem was written by Sarojini Naidu as a part of the Swadeshi Movement during India's struggle for independence. The magicians could be symbolising India's hope to gather overwhelming power to win their struggle.
