In an election between 2 candidates 10%votes were not polled. 10 % votes polled were found invalid . The success ful candidate got 54% of valid votes and won by a majority of 1620. Find the  number of voters enrolled

Let total voters = V
No. of voters who caste their vote = 0.9*V
Valid votes = 0.9*0.9*V = 0.81*V
Winner got 54% & loser got 46% i.e a difference of 8%.
0.08*[0.81*V] = 1620
on solving V = 25000
