diameter is not related to common-mode emitter configuration of transistor.
 
I guess that " emitter current " is printed as " diameter current " by mistake.
 
DC current gain β = 20
 
We have IE = IC + IB  , where IE , IC  and IB are emitter, collector and base current respectively
 
IC = 20×IB 
 
Hence I= 21×IB    or   I= IE /21 = 7/21 = 0.3 mA
 
IC = 0.3×20 = 6 mA
