if the line makes angle θ = sin-1(3/5) , then θ = 37°  and  m = tanθ = tan37 = 3/4

Hence if line y = mx + c is passing through the point (3,4) and m = 3/4 , then

4 = (3/4) × 3 + c

Hence c = 4 -(9/4) = 7/4

Answer :-  m = (3/4)  ,  c = (7/4)
