if i put a plant inside a dark box with no hole then can the plant can make its food

No, the plant cannot prepare its own food because of lack of sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide. Plants can prepare their own food from raw materials like water and carbon dioxide in the presence of sunlight and green pigment chlorophyll. In the absence of these factors, the plant will not be able to photosynthesise and prepare its own food.
