Fig-1 shows the given network. It can be seen in fig.1, series combination of 3Ω and 7Ω resistors in the path A-D-C is
parallel to the 10Ω  resistance of path AC. This is shown in fig.2, by replacing the equivalent resistance of 3Ω and 7Ω resistors.
 
Fig.3 is simplification of fig.2 by replacing the equivalent resistance of two 10 Ω resistors connected across A and C.
 
In fig.3 we see two branches across A and B. One branch is having series combination of two 5Ω resistors
that give equivalent resistance 10Ω  and this equivalent resiatance 10Ω is parallel to another 10Ω resistor in other branch
as shown in fig.4.
 
From fig.4, we get equivalent resistance 5Ω of entire given network
