How is current represented Mathematically in forward bias?

Typically, voltage V is applied through a resistance R to forward bias a diode as shown in figure.
 
VD is voltage drop across diode. For silicon diodes VD is around 0.6 tp 0.7 V. For Germenium diode VD is about 0.3 V.
 
Current i passing through diode is given as :-   i = ( V - VD ) / R

Hence ratio of their speed is 1

magnification = fo / fe = focal length of objective / focal length of eyepiece = 60 /5 = 12
