Let us assume a current i is flowing in the circuit as shown in figure.
 
Let us apply Kirchoff's voltage law to the loop, staring from +ve terminal of 5V battery in
clockwie direction-H-G-F-E-D-C- 5V battery,
 
-5 + 2 i + 2 i +2 + i + i = 0     or   6i = 3   or  i = 0.5A
 
After getting current , we can get ptential drop across each resistor and get the potential at marked points as shown in figure.
 
Point-A is at a potential +4.5V .  Point-B is at a potential +1 V. 
 
Hence potential difference between A and B is +4.5 - (+1.0) = +3.5 V
