(a) Variable. Though tangential speed remains constant, the stone keep on changes the direction. hence velocity is variable.
(b) Variable. direction keep on changing
(c) towards centre . This is due to centripetal force
(d) Tension in the string
(e) Tension in the string. Direction is away from hand
