Sum of all 20 numbers
= Sum of first 8 numbers + Sum of next 10 numbers + 8 + 12
= (8 x 10) + (10 x 12) + 20
= 80 + 120 + 20
= 220

Mean of 20 numbers = 220/20 = 11
