Expert Answer
According to the question,
Tax paid by manufacturer = 10% of 25000 = Rs. 2500
Tax paid by dealer = 10% of (32000 - 25000) = 10% of 7000 = Rs. 700
Tax paid by retailer = 10% of (45000 - 32000) = 10% of 7000 = Rs. 700
