After distributing the chocolates equally among 21 children, 2 chocolates remain. Had the number of children been 24, 14 chocolates would have been left after equal distribution. What was the minimum number of chocolates?-(1)79 (2)84 (3)86 (4)data inadequate

Let the total chocolates be x
x=21*y+2....(1)
x=24*c+14...(2)
we have 3 unknowns and 2 equations, so data inadequate
