Answer:
Let the net profit after charging commission for both the partners be Rs.x
Therefore, 
x = Net Profit - 4% of x (for A)- 4% of x (for B)
x = 37,800 - 0.04x - 0.04x
x + 0.04+0.04 = 37,800
1.08x = 37,800
x = 37,800 / 1.08
x = 35,000
 
Therefore, the amount of profit after charging commission is Rs.35,000 and the commission for A and B will be 4% of 35,000 = Rs.1,400 each.
