write an equetion of the form ax+b=c ,where a,b,c are constants and a isequal to not 0 for which x= 4 is the solution.

2x + 3 = 11
Where a = 2 (which is not equal to zero), b = 3 and c = 13.
Put x = 4 in the equation, we get
2(4) + 3 = 11
→11 = 11
L.H.S = R.H.S
→x = 4 is the solution of 2x + 3 = 11.
Therefore 2x + 3 = 11 is the required equation.
