We need a well developed nervous system because:
· It enables us to remember, to think and to reason out.
· It keeps us informed about the outside world through the sense organs.
· It controls all voluntary muscular activities.
· It regulates involuntary actions such as breathing, heart beat etc. without our thinking about them.
