Ice cube is generally transparent with its inner core slightly white colored sometimes. Water contains many dissolved gas that are soluble in it. While freezing when temperature decreases certain gases are trapped inside it as bubbles that accumulate at the centre. Tiny bubbles trapped in ice will give white color to it at centre. The appearance of cloudy ice normally depends on water properties and the method of making the ice.
