what is the formula of oxides?

oxides are represented by the following and the formula will be written as per the oxidation state of the other element.
1. oxide O2-
2. peroxide O22-
3. superoxide O21-
For example Ca2+ 1. CaO is calcium oxide, CaO2 is peroxide and Ca2O is superoxide.
