Unemployment refers to a situation where those who are willing to work do not get any work.
Seasonal employment is a situation where a number of persons are not able to find a job in a particular season. For example, agriculture, factories manufacturing wollens, ice-cream etc.
Disguised employment is a situation where marginal physical productivity of labour is zero or it may become negative.
