'Economy' refers to the nature or level of economic activities such as prodcution, consumption, investment and exchange (sale and purchase of goods and services) within the country. 
For example if we say Indian econonmy, it means we are talking about the different economic activities in India.

water is in the form of H2O, and from the equation it is clear that concentration of hydrogen is more in water, since, thier are 2 atoms of hydrogen in a single molecule, my main question was, why water is not flammable? as liquid version of hydrogen is used as fuel in space shuttle, which is combined with oxygen, and in water, both are present. Please reply. I am having this doubt from long time.
