With regard to this chapter, mobilisation is a way in which public opinion is formed,  mobilised and driven. For example, if we want to drive a cleaning campaign in the country, then we first have to create a public opinion and make people aware of the situation. This can be done by advertisement campaigns, holding street plays, organising sabhas etc. In this way, public opinion can be mobilised .
An organisation is is an institution that is formed or set up on the basis of cetain principles and guidelines with definite aims and objectives.
