what are good quality seeds? you are given a sample of wheat seeds. how wiil you select good, healty seeds for sowing?

Hi,
Characteristics of a good quality seed:
- The seed must be superior than the other varieties of the crop.
- It must be either 100% genetically pure or more than a 90% hybrid seed.
- Seed must be able to germinate under normal conditions.
- There should not be the presence of any disease causing microorganisms.
- The seed must be dried well enough to avoid further loss of moisture content.
