velocity vs displacement graph represents what?

From velocity Vs displacement graph , we get a functional relationship between velocity and displacement
Let v(x) be the velocity at displacement x. From Velocity Vs displacement graph , we get
v(x) = f(x)
dv/dx = df/dx = f '(x) = slope of velocity-displacement graph

LHS of above expression is acceleration .
Hence from the given velocity-displacement graph ,
we can construct acceleration-displacement graph using eqn.(1)
Hence we can say that velocity-displacement graph shows the variation of acceleration
with respect to displacement from the slope of velocity-displacement graph
