Let at r cm from +4μC charge , potential is zero.
 
Then we have,  begin mathsize 14px style 4 over r minus fraction numerator 6 over denominator 20 minus r end fraction space equals space 0 space............ left parenthesis 1 right parenthesis end style
By solving eqn.(1) for r, we get r = 8 cm
