CSA of a cylinder = 2πRL

Ro = Outer radius

Ri = Inner radius,
Difference in CSA = 2πRoL - 2πRiL = 44 cm2

Ro - Ri = 44/(2xπx14) = 0.5 cm

Thickness of pipe = 0.5 cm
