According to the condition in the question,

Loss = Cost Price - Selling Price
→ Selling price of 5 flowers = Cost Price of 25 flowers - Selling Price of 25 flowers
→ SP of 30 flowers = Cost Price of 25 flowers
Let the selling price of 1 flower be Re. 1.

SP of 30 flowers = Rs. 30 = Cost Price of 25 flowers

Loss Percent = (Loss/Cost Price)× 100 = (5/30)× 100 = 16.67%
