Let l is length and b is breadth of rectangle.
By given information : l = (2b+5)
Perimeter = 2l+2b = 2×(2b+5) + 2b = 6b+10 = 118 cm
hence, 6b = 108 cm or b = 18 cm ; l = 2×18+5 = 41 cm ; Area = 41×18 = 738 cm2
