A) -  P) and T)
In y- direction, the normal force on the ground can change but there is no external force in x- direction. Thus, momentum is conserved in x-direction and net force on system in x-direction is zero.

B) - P), R), S) and T)

The normal force on the ground can change but no work is done. Thus, momentum is conserved in x-direction, mechanical energy is conserved, work done by internal forces is zero and net force on system in x-direction is zero.

C) - P), Q), R), and T)
Both charges are free to move. As they are point charges, we can consider it to be elastic collision. Thus, momentum is conserved in x-direction, momentum is conserved in y-direction, mechanical energy is conserved,  and net force on system ihorizontal direction is zero.

D) - Q) and R)

Only charge q1 is free to move. As they are point charges, elastic collision is considered. Thus, momentum in y -direction is conserved and mechanical energy is conserved.
