(1) Velocity of sound is independent of pressure if temperature is kept constant.  Hence graph-(A) is not correct
 
(2) Velocity v of sound is proportional to square root of temperature T.  v begin mathsize 12px style proportional to end style√T   or v2 begin mathsize 12px style proportional to end styleT
 
(3) Velocity v of transverse wave in string = begin mathsize 12px style square root of T over mu end root end style, where T is tension in the string and μ is linear mass density of string.
hence v begin mathsize 12px style proportional to end style√T   or  v2 begin mathsize 12px style proportional to end styleT . Hence graph(C) is correct
 
(4) for fundamental mode, wavelength λ of open end organ pipe is given by λ = 2L , where L is length of pipe.
hence if v is velocity of sound in air, frequency f = v/λ  = v/(2L).   hence f begin mathsize 12px style proportional to end style 1/L 
if graph(D) is showing inverse function, then graph(D) is correct
