we have mirror equation, (1/v) + (1/u) = 1/f  ...............................(1)
 
where v is image distance, u is object distance and f is focal length of concave mirror
 
By substituting the values in eqn.(1),  we have (1/v)+(1/25) = 1/10    or   v = (100/6) cm
 
magnitude of Magnification = v/u  = 100/(6×25)  = 2/3 
 
hence diameter of image = (2/3)×3 = 2 mm  ; radius of image = 1 mm
 
area of image = π×12 sq.mm   ;  hence   x = 1
