Let no = 500Hz is frequency of whistle-A and whistle-B. Let v = 350 m/s is speed of sound
Let vo = 25 m/s speed of observer away from whistle-A and vs = 50 m/s is speed of whistle-B away from whistle-A
Apparent frequency of whistle-A as heard by observer = = 500 [ 1 - (25/350) ] = 464.3 Hz
Apparaent frequecy of whistle-B as heard by observer =
From these apparent frequencies, we will come to know only (B) and (C) are true
