Sir plz make me understand all the concepts being applied here

When the packet is in train A, the momentum of it is more than the packet in train B. When the packets are exchanged from A to B and vice versa, as the packet in train A have higher momentum, the train B will get accelearted and as the packet in train B has lower momentum, after exchange the train A will be decelerated.
Thus,
correct option is (A) - Train A will be retarted and B will be accelerated
